Quiere hacer testamento pero no quiere abonar los gastos notariales que conlleva hacerlo de esa forma.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">En primer lugar, es importante saber hacer bien el testamento de pu\u00f1o y letra, u ol\u00f3grafo, que es como lo denomina la ley. Todo \u00e9l debe estar redactado a mano por el testador con fecha completa (d\u00eda, mes y a\u00f1o) y si hay palabras tachada, deben estar enmendadas con firma del testador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Luego es importante dejarlo en manos de una persona de confianza que vaya a presentarlo en cuanto se produzca el fallecimiento pues no queda registrado de forma p\u00fablica.
