Nos preguntan si en este caso merece la pena hacer testamento. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">En primer lugar, insistir en un aspecto importante que a\u00fan induce a confusi\u00f3n: el testamento es individual, personal, de forma que cada uno de vosotros, si decide hacerlo, har\u00e1 el suyo. Sin duda, nosotras pensamos que s\u00ed por varias razones. Por un parte, porque se puede mejorar la situaci\u00f3n del c\u00f3nyuge viudo aumentando el usufructo al que tiene derecho o dej\u00e1ndole alg\u00fan bien espec\u00edfico. Por otra parte, porque se evitan tr\u00e1mites tras el fallecimiento. Si no hay testamento, los herederos tienen que hacer una declaraci\u00f3n de herederos, m\u00e1s costosa que la realizaci\u00f3n de un testamento.
