Actualmente para obtener el divorcio no es necesario pasar antes por una separaci\u00f3n judicial as\u00ed como tampoco justificar causa alguna. La respuesta es la misma en el caso de que haya hijos, si bien en los procedimientos con hijos menores de edad interviene el Ministerio Fiscal para comprobar que sus derechos quedan a salvo en las medidas que finalmente se adopten. Para divorciarse es imprescindible iniciar un procedimiento judicial con abogado y procurador.
